Preparations are well underway for our upcoming semi-final, which will be against none other than Lache FC, current leaders of the Championship. They pulled off a fantastic comeback in their quarter-final, coming from 2-0 down at half-time to defeat Premier League leaders Moreton FC on penalties. A brilliant achievement for them and a testament to their quality this season – we know we’ll be in for a tough game when we meet.

Training sessions resumed as normal on Tuesday and Thursday, and it was great to see such strong attendance as the lads continue working hard to stay sharp and focused.

With no fixtures over the Easter weekend, work at the ground continued. Parts of the old stand we previously dismantled have now been repurposed to help repair the clubhouse roof. A huge thank you to our groundskeeper Danny, who is close to completing the repair and continues to do a fantastic job maintaining the pitch and grounds.

As of now, we’re still waiting on confirmation of the date for the semi-final clash with Lache FC. It’s a little disappointing that a game of such importance seems to be treated as just another fixture, but we’ll be ready whenever it comes around.
